RAL-RG 614 certificate
The RAL certificate guarantees the overall quality and safety of our storage systems. The standards for complying with RAL are set independent from any supplier. The standards are controlled by The German Institute for Product control and Certification (Deutsches Instittut für Gütesicherung und Kennzeichnung e.V.). The quality is checked on a regular basis by an independent body. They inspect each product a couple of times per year. Inspections take place at the factory and at site including inspections of installed products.
IEC 60950 certificate
The international Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) is the leading organization that prepares and publishes international standards for all electrical, electronic and related technologies. The IEC 60950 standard guarantees the safety of mains-powered or battery powered information technology equipment, including business equipment and associated equipment, with a rated voltage not exceeding 600V.
GS certificate
The GS certificate guarantees that products comply with German and (when available) European safety requirements. GS stands for Geprüfte Sicherheit (checked safety). The compliance with European safety requirements is tested and inspected by a state-approved, independent body.
CE marking (EN15095)
Electrical systems have to be as safe as possible by Law. In Europe this is arranged by the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. Within this Law the requirements for our products are arranged by a product specific standard which is the EN 15095. To permit the use of a CE mark on a product, proof that the product meets the relevant requirements, must be documented. Our sales organizations issue a CE-Declaration of conformity, indicating the list of standards the product complies with and a legally binding signature, underlining our responsibility.
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
The ISO 9001 standard issues requirements for the quality system and the way the organization handles her quality policy. In addition the standard issues requirements to ensure and improve processes that are important to increase customer satisfaction. Compliance with the ISO 9001 standard generates a better insight and control of operating processes. This leads to targeted and continuous improvements with the ultimate goal to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
The ISO 14001 standard issues requirements for the environmental management system of an organization, with special focus on control and improvement of the environmental policy. Compliance with the ISO 14001 standard generates a better insight and control of environmental processes. This leads to targeted and continuous improvements to minimise environmental burdening.
The standards for complying with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 are set by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). This organization is a cooperative effort of national standardization organizations in 156 countries. Compliance with the standards is verified on a regular basis by internal self-audits and a yearly external audit of an independent body. For Bruynzeel this independent body is Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance.
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Golden award
Bruynzeel was awarded the Lloyd’s Register Quality Golden Award. This award is presented to companies that posses the ISO certificate more than 10 years and distinct themselves by continuous improvements. We are proud to be awarded, as only 40 out of 1,000 companies have been eligible for the Golden Award.
